In street fashion and culture there are barely any designers who have come to the table and presented things that actually made sense (I’m glad this article isn’t about that). But designer and founder of Upscalehype.com Allen Onyia has offered up some classic pieces that are sure to make every mans closet pop. These pieces were not only designed with great thought and understanding, but also decently priced in a market that charges its customers hundreds of dollars without any reasoning on basic essentials like a t-shirt. In all honesty we feel as though Woanderluste has not yet gotten the credit that it deserves. They have stuck to fashion tradition in the color selections, while still keeping the garments fresh and eye catching with clean silhouettes. Wanderluste has done what very few brands have done in the past, and that is create pieces that can go with any other pieces ((shorts/slacks/denim)). We have high hopes to see what the Wanderluste brand is cooking up for its next collection we’re looking forward to seeing what’s next for Allen and Wanderluste. You can purchase Wanderluste items at Allenonyia.com

16 Jul#Art News: Jeff Koons A RETROSPECTIVE June 27–Oct 19, 2014
29 JunJeff Koons is an American artist known for his reproductions of banal objects, such as balloon animals produced in stainless steel with mirror-finish surfaces, floating basketballs, and inflatables. Head to the Whitney Museum of American Art in NYC to view each influential piece of art. Meanwhile, see what you’ll be expecting from the photos we snapped. This exhibition will be the artist’s first major museum presentation in New York, and the first to fill nearly the entirety of the Whitney’s Marcel Breuer building with a single artist’s work.

40 oz Van & 40 oz NYC Balmain inspired Snapbacks
24 Sep40 oz Van and the 40 oz collective have released their “Balmain” inspired snapback caps. The simplistic design helps to go with almost any look. A real New York classic piece of urbanwear to own for years to come. What is more amazing to me is the way the hats are marketed and sold. The only way to own one is to either know the “kool kids” or to order on the website (www.40ozNY.com). The catch to the site is that it is only open for release dates from the hours of 12pm-12am. That window is the only time you have to own a piece of urban history. Another fact of the matter is that the caps have and will sell out if you dont move quickly. Every release has been successful for the 40 oz crew, and can be seen on the socialites and celebrities alike.
